Is ₹1L really the full design fee for a 3 BHK?
₹1L covers the design package itself: concept, 3D views, materials, drawings, and a clear cost-planning sheet. Execution costs depend on carpentry, civil work, paint, electrical, furnishings, and the finish levels you choose.
What if I do not like the first design direction?
Every package includes two revision rounds so the design can be sharpened after feedback. The process is intentionally collaborative, which helps align taste, function, and budget before site work begins.
Do you work outside Rajkot?
Yes. Shivalaya Spaces is based in Rajkot and can support projects across India. Design development is largely handled remotely, with site coordination and visits arranged as needed.
How long does a full interior project take?
Design usually takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to final package. Execution depends on the project size, contractor speed, and scope of civil or furniture work, but most homes move through the full cycle in roughly 3–4 months.
What is the payment schedule?
The current draft schedule is 50% on signing the design contract, 25% when furniture work is completed, 20% when color work starts, and 5% after final delivery.
